Hi Everyone!
My name is Jennifer Dodge with Closer to Center EcoCoaching.
I’m a life coach who helps clients to find harmony through teaching the principles of awareness, gratitude, intention, and connection.
I also teach clients how to connect with nature and how to find wisdom, improve wellbeing, and transform their lives through that connection.
Today, I want to talk a little bit about my second guiding principle which is Gratitude.
Deepak Chopra said “Gratitude opens the door to the power, the wisdom, the creativity of the universe. You open the door through gratitude.”
Gratitude focuses your attention in the present, rather than thinking back to the past, or worrying about the future.
Focusing on gratitude during stressful times shifts the focus from the challenges we are facing, to the joy created by the people and situations we value the most.
I started practicing gratitude daily over 10 years ago, and it has completely shifted the way I experience life.
I could talk about the benefits of gratitude all day! It truly has been life changing for me.
On that note I should mention that I do offer workshops teaching the practice of gratitude and its benefits. Right now, my workshops are offered in person, but I’m working on putting together an online workshop as well.
