The Shit We’ve Been Through. . . stories from our lives
Let’s face it. We’ve all been through a lot of shit in our lives, and we often feel alone and unsupported while we are mucking through it.
We get so focused on the smell of the shit, that we fail to recognize that shit makes a fantastic fertilizer and that positive things can grow out of negative circumstances.
How can we look at the pile of shit that we are sitting in as something that can help us grow our internal gardens?
Join us in story-telling circles as we build a loving and supportive community of women where it is safe to share our stories and learn from each other. Let’s build community through connecting with each other and learning that we are not alone.
Imagine all the ways we can grow together in a safe, sacred circle. There will be some teaching, meditation, journaling, sharing conversations & Heart work.
Facilitated by Jenn & SabrinaJoy, each with a shit load of experience navigating through the piles of shit life has thrown our way.
Some themes we will discuss are gratitude, grief and loss, mothers, community, support, dreaming into being, living from the heart & acknowledging and honoring our gifts. What our language creates. Loving our Inner Child. Embracing all aspects of ourselves. Laughter/fun. Letting go. Breaking down. Breakthroughs.
We are offering a 4-month series, meeting 2 times per month for an hour and a half each meeting.
The cost is $180 when all sessions are paid in advance or at the first session. $30 per session otherwise. We will meet at Jenn’s home in Colchester. Light snacks and tea will be available. The address will be sent after you register. 8 people maximum.
